Start recording a manual run (optionally with a --label)

End a run (the one open run when no id is given)

This device's runs, newest first, each with the project it was started in

- `--project <PROJECT>` — Only runs of this project: a name (as it is now, or as a run recorded it) or a `prj_` id
- `--kind <KIND>` — `manual` or `recipe`
- `--recipe <RECIPE>` — Only this recipe's runs
- `--limit <LIMIT>` — At most this many
