# Members and plans

Manage who is in your workspace and what it can use. Both live in your Phloem
account.

## Roles

A workspace has two roles.

| Can | Member | Admin |
|---|---|---|
| Use the console and Computer | Yes | Yes |
| Connect their own computer | Yes | Yes |
| Leave the workspace | Yes | Yes |
| Invite people, change roles, remove people | | Yes |
| Approve a headless server | | Yes |
| Rename and revoke devices | | Yes |
| Change the workspace's name and logo | | Yes |

## Manage people

Open **Members** in your Phloem account.

| To | Do |
|---|---|
| Invite people | Press **Invite people**. Enter **Email addresses**, pick a **Role**, and press **Send invitations**. |
| Resend or cancel an invitation | On the **Invitations** tab, press **Resend** or **Revoke**. |
| Change a role | Pick **Admin** or **Member** in the person's **Role**. |
| Remove someone | The row's menu › **Remove from workspace** › **Remove** |
| Leave | Your row's menu › **Leave workspace**, or **Settings** › **Leave workspace** |

Removing someone, or leaving, ends access to the workspace's console and data.
Their terminals and API keys in it stop working. Devices they connected stay
until an admin revokes them. An admin can invite them back.

## Switch workspaces

You sign in once for all your workspaces.

- Pick another workspace from the menu at the top of your Phloem account.
- **All workspaces** lists every one, with your role in each. Press **Manage
here** to make it active, or **Open console ↗** to open its console.
- To join another workspace, ask its admin to invite you. The invitation shows
  on **All workspaces**.

## API keys for CI

An API key lets a script act as you in the active workspace.

1. Open **Profile** › **Terminals and API keys**.
2. Press **Create API key**, name it (for example, nightly CI), and press
   **Create API key**.
3. Copy the key. It is not shown again.
4. In CI, sign in with it:

```bash
phloem login --api-key <key>
```

Terminals you signed in with `phloem login` are listed in the same place.
Press **Revoke** to cut one off. Anything using a revoked key is refused within
a minute.

## Plans

Open **Plan & usage** to see your plan, what you use this month, and when it
resets.

| | Starter | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free | Custom |
| Devices | 2 | To fit |
| AI | 200 AI credits a month | Your own AI provider and model |
| Cloud storage | 20 GB | To fit |
| Cloud data kept | 60 days | To fit |

Press **Talk to us** to move to Enterprise.

**This month** shows a meter for each limit:

| Meter | Counts |
|---|---|
| **Devices** | Each computer connected to the workspace, once. At the limit, a new device can't connect until one is revoked. Connected devices keep working. |
| **AI credits** | Every model call Hamming makes on Phloem's models. See [AI usage and limits](https://phloem.ai/docs/workspace/ai-usage/). |
| **Cloud storage** | Data stored in the cloud, and how long it is kept. |

> **Note:** Recording on your devices never stops because of your plan.
