Open it
In Excel, open a file from data/. Column t_s is seconds from the start of
the window. Each column after it is a channel. channels.csv maps each column to
its full channel path and unit.
In pandas, read the Parquet file. It holds one row per sample:
import pandas as pd
df = pd.read_parquet("data/signals.parquet")
# columns: t_us, path, value_f64, value_text, kind
wide = df.pivot_table(index="t_us", columns="path", values="value_f64")
t_us is the exact time in microseconds since 1970 (UTC).
Check it worked
- The folder holds
README.txt,channels.csv,data/anddetails/. - The README names every data file with its columns and units.
- A long run's CSV continues in
_part2.csv,_part3.csv… Each part opens on its own in Excel.
Tip
Excel set to a comma decimal? Under Details, set the decimal separator to 1,5. The column separator switches to Semicolon.
