Stop conditions
A live bound that stops the test the moment it fails. Every output goes to its safe value, and the test stays stopped until you Reset.

Checked every tick. Crossing a hihi or lolo limit stops the test; there is no
severity setting. For a warning that stops nothing, use an
alert. To make only some outputs safe, use an
interlock.
